Here is a list of my top 5 favorite body positive books that you should check out! Enjoy!

1. FAT!SO? By Marilyn Wann

Even though FAT!SO? is over a decade old, I still recommend it to anyone, of every size, especially women.

This sassy and educational book will make you cry, and laugh while reminding you that it's okay to embrace your size and love yourself at any weight! FAT!SO? also includes a lot of great tips on how to deal with the dreaded "body-shamers".

This is a book that I wish I had read years ago before I started my body acceptance journey.

Jes Baker has a blog called The Militant Baker, that is well known in the body positive community for her unapologetic and informative approach to self love and acceptance. She also addresses the subject of mental health in the book which was appreciated and helpful!

It's a great book for anyone who struggles with body image, eating disorders, PCOS or even if you're looking for an eye opening read, I would recommend that you check out this amazing book!
